Can you temporarily suspend the plan for like 2 months?

Zoomer does not have seasonal hold or vacation hold. But you can switch to a $10 plan for 2 months. For comparison, Koodo charges $15 for the seasonal hold plan. Please note that you need to pay off the contract before switching to the $10 plan.

My kid got a 3 months oversea summer intern job. I switched her to the $10 plan with 30 minutes/m. This plan does not have voicemail. Therefore, people cannot leave message to use up the 30 minutes or more. All incoming text are free.
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.

Considering switching to the $36 3gb plan from Zoomer. How is their service in general and how does it compare to Freedom Mobile?

Freedom also has similar plan where I can get their Home 30 plan with a $5 discount for bringing my own phone then adding 3gb of data for $10 for a total of $35.

I am currently on Rogers and pay them a shit load of money.
I want to switch to Zoomer. I have a question about reception and coverage.

If I switch, will my signals remain the same and the coverage across the country remain the same as with Rogers?
Will I continue to get the same lte and Lte+ coverage ?
Will there be any restriction for zoomer to use the rogers network ?
Thanks

uses Rogers network so far better then wind/freedom. no discount. after 6 months you can get their 3 gig, unlimited everything with loyalty as seen in the past few pages. I mean your paying $1 more with zoomer but actually get reception lol

Much better than Freedom. Just like Rogers and Fido in terms of coverage.

Coverage is the same, but Zoomer does not support VoLTE and WiFi Calling.

You can order the phone and services and test it out. Only port in your number if you are happy with them. You have 30 days to return everything (with minutes and data usuage limit).

They have just lowered the price for some models. From what I can see, P10 lite and Q6 are free with the $40.5 plan.

I would go with P10 lite for better software support.

$36 plan $75 upfront for P10 Lite = cost of the phone is $75 after 2 years
$40.5 plan $0 upfront for P10 Lite = cost of the phone is 24x$4.5/m = $108 after 2 years. If you need extra 1GB data, it will be cost effective.

But if Zoomer upgrades the $36 plan with 3 GB data within the next 2 years, you cannot downgrade to $36 without paying the device account balance at $12.50/m for the remaining months ($300/24 months = $12.5/m).

BTW, I sold a P10 Lite for $299 and a LG Q6 for $240.
