My wife got the Huawei P10 Lite when she signed up with Zoomer. It looks like a decent phone and the specs are not bad but she's been having performance problems. She does have one of the 'slower' RAM version. We did a cache clear and she also reset to factory default. It worked better for a week or 2 but back to being slow. The phone will stall on her when she tries to open the camera app from lock screen with virtually no background apps open.

Anyone else having similar issues?
Have you tried verifying whether your RAM is actually UFS 2.1 or emmc? It could be that your phone is just defective.

We've had our P10 Lite for over a week and haven't noticed any significant performance issues so far.

Features on Rogers/Fido like VoLTE and Wi-Fi Calling are not available on Cityfone/Zoomer, so I won't be surprised if RCS is not available either.

Are you on a phone with Rogers/Fido firmware? I can't seem to get it to activate (keeps loading)

Can zoomer not give you the unlock code over the phone?

If you are stuck, the unlock code is only $3.50 on eBay:

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre ... 2717973971
How does this work? I purchased the thing on ebay and paid.
What is the next step? I haven't provide them with the IMEI yet.

The unlock code Zoomer gave me didn't work.

Since you are not happy with the condition of your P10 Lite when it arrived. Ask Zoomer to replace with another P10 Lite with working unlock code. Request it before your 30 days is up.
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.
Koodo $25 plan, PM $38 5GB plan, PM $8 plan to replace Speakout,
Zoomer loyalty family plan for 4 lines $117/6GB, $0 FPL home phone

You were supposed to provide them with the IMEI during the checkout process. You should send a message to the seller right away.

Upload a clear video showing: 1) The original paper showing the unlock code from Zoomer; 2) You unboxing the phone that Zoomer sent you; 3) You entering the code onto the phone; 4) The phone not working when you put in a non-Rogers/Cityfone sim card, and I will pay for your entire contract and give you $100 extra.

Waiting for your video.

Updated on May 30 - The $36/3GB promotion will be expired on June 30, same as other promo plans.
Almost getting to the point that this is getting renewed all the time like it's permanent... just like how car dealers always have "sales" and it always "ends at the end of the month".

I didn't get the chance to enter anything. Clicked pay and it went through.

However, I did received an email asking for the IMEI.

I have 3 P10 lite from Zoomers. The first unlock code worked, but the second and third didn't.

Sold the phone at huge discount ($160). And the buyer still wants the code once I get it.
