For reselling purpose, is the J3 the best to get since its free and will sell for around $100 ?

Also, will they unlock the device for free before they ship it out?

Buyers at Kijiji are bargain hunters. Phones listed around $100 are easy to sell.
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.
Koodo $30 plan, PM $41 6GB plan, PM $8 plan to replace Speakout,
Zoomer loyalty family plan for 4 lines $117/6GB, $0 FPL home phone

Mini voicemail can only store 3 voicemail messages up to 3 minutes each in length. Messages stored up to 3 days.

Enhenced voicemail can store 35 voicemail messages up to 5 minutes each in length. Messages stored up to 10 days.

Any idea if there is a similar promotion for their Canada-US plan?

As much as I like this plan, I do have to admit that telus-bell's reception is just a little bit better.just a little bit though

Well reception really depends on where one is located, home/commute/work locations.

Also, it is usually worst when you're directly under a cell tower due to antenna pattern (which is my case at work).

I went from a Moto G on Telus to the GR5 on Zoomer and noticed zero practical difference when it comes to reception. I would think that with very few exceptions (e.g. remote areas where regional players like SaskTel or BellMTS might have a leg up), the Rogers network will probably more or less the same as what Telus and Bell provide.
