The $50 cap is a regulatory requirement, but it is very nice for them to mak an offer without even asking.garce wrote: ↑Mar 26th, 2019 4:38 pmHey I wanted to proactively share my experience with zoomer:
My wife has a zoomer account $36 for 4GB
My wife had at some point turned off wifi and she reached the cap. She didn't pay attention to the sms reminder. At some point zoomer automatically stopped her data to avoid racking astronomical charges. My wife let me know at that point.
When I went in the site I noticed that LUCKILY zoomer had stopped overages at $50. Ok not so bad
I called for a completely unrelated reason to zoomer a week later. Without me bringing it up (I was not planning to) the attendant told me "Hey I noticed that you blew over your quota, I can put you one month on the next plan so you dont pay overage" (only pay the incremental to put me in the other plan )
Of course I very happily accepted.
I thought about sharing this very exceptional customer service from zoomer. Very, very happy customer and happy to have them take my money.
