Just a heads up that they've doubled their referral bonus for the time being.

50$ to the referer
50$ to the new user
Zoomer usually raises the referral credit when their new activation slow down. I think the $36 4GB plan will be offering soon. YMMV
Have too many phones... This is how I limit my monthly phone payment.
Koodo $30 plan, PM $38 5GB plan, PM $8 plan to replace Speakout,
Zoomer loyalty family plan for 4 lines $117/6GB, $0 FPL home phone

Is the iPhone SE $0 down with the $36 plan?
How much is the phone account after activation or renewal?

Noticed that the LG G5 and the Huawei P20lite are both gone from the website.

My GF called in on Saturday and they only had 30 LG G5's on hand at the time. The rep could not guarantee that she would get a G5. Her phone is on its way, no idea what they will ship.

On another topic, she asked about opening a 2nd account for a 2nd line as she wants a phone for her son but also wants the additional referral credit. Pretty sure I've seen comments on here about people doing that but they said the accounts have to be under 2 different names. Any way around that?

You need 2 different accounts to get the referral credits.

I understand that but the same person cannot create 2 accounts and refer themselves which I'm pretty sure some on here have said they successfully did.

It is not possible because Zoomer do credit check for new account unless her son has a credit file.

While on the subject of credit file, I told my kids to get a student credit card when they start university. Use it and pay on time to build up credit.

I think different reps may have different interpretations regarding 2 accounts. Most reps stick to two different names, but I heard that some were fine with the same name. I remembered that some reps even required 2 different home addresses.

In the end, they apply the referral credits manually to 2 accounts, so the rule is not that clear. I think it is reasonable to have 2 names.

I got $50 refer credit for each accounts (2 lines - 1 line per account). In order to get $50 referral you have to setup separate accounts for the lines.
Thanks OP.
You're right as I found the comment above from someone who was successful and I know there a few other people who also reported being able to refer themselves.

Just gonna have to try it when the time comes to sign up her son but now that the G5's are gone, everything is on hold until they update their product line.

The A5 is quite old now. Watch for it dropping from $45 plan to $40 plan. $36 after 10% off.

Just letting you guys know you should be able to get 3gb on the 36$ plan. I was initially offered 2gb but then asked for a plan with 3gb, and he offered me I think the same thing as the 36$ plan with 3gb instead of 2gb.
