Which Zotac HTPC is better?

I've been using a zotac zbox as a htpc for years and absolutely love them. Want to get one for my brother-in-law and was hoping for some help deciding between these two models:

Zotac Zbox MI-531-U
http://m.bestbuy.ca/defaultpage.aspx?la ... lang=en-CA

Or

Zotac zbox MI-523nano-U
http://m.bestbuy.ca/defaultpage.aspx?la ... lang=en-CA

About the same price. Which one has better specs for HTPC? Are there better options for this price range (or lower).

Thanks for the help!

I used to use PCs for HTPCs for all my TVs for years, and still use one, but have been replacing them with Android boxes. If you're only playing video files, streaming and don't need PC gaming, it's a good option, especially compared to $300+ HTPCs. On the low end, they lack support, but can play anything 1080p and some 4K for as low as $40 once you plug it into an Ethernet port. On the higher end, you can spend $100+ for ones that are well supported with updates and have good wifi.
