Universal and Sony prohibit Zune sharing for certain artists

I like the Zune more and more. MS pays Universal a royalty fee. Then advertises a totally crippled Wifi sharing feature, which turns out to be more restrictive than actually advertised. Welcome to the social indeed.

Then again, I guess one of the comments in the post summarizes the importance of this problem: "The idea that this is somehow a problem is predicated on the belief that more than one person in any 50-mile radius area actually owns a Zune."

gray market available in Canada. The majority of Canada does not have a Canada Computers near them.

When they hit FS and BB we can see how big of a flop it may or may not be. I had a lot of hope for the device but so far meh. However that may change when I actually get to test one out. I hope it gets hacked soon though.
