Zwift - dumb it down for me please.

How do I go about setting it up if I already have a smart trainer?
What extras do I need etc. etc. etc.

Lay it out for me please.

If you have a smart trainer you just need either bluetooth or ANT+ receiver for your computer (whatever your trainer uses)

Welcome to the internet my friend...

And amazingly, my thread from two years ago still has fairly recent posts! Good info in there as well... tacx-t2180-vortex-smart-trainer-cycling ... o-1808271/

Personally, I find TrainerRoad better. I've been using Zwift for the last month or so just to see what's new. I'll be going back to TR for real winter training though... The main thing in all of this is daily calibration (ideally) following a minimum 5 minute warm-up, consistent pressure IN the tire and consistent pressure ON the tire. If you have a direct drive (like a Kickr), it doesn't matter though...

I dont need it for training, those days are gone. Now I just want to spend an hour riding and "pretending" I am out on the road :)

This is what I have Tacx T2180 Vortex Smart Trainer and I also got the usb dongle.
