$10,900 - 2009 Infiniti FX35 Certified by Infiniti Markham $4500 in repairs done by Infiniti Markham recently to certify

Certified from Infiniti Markham. $4500 in repairs spent at their service department (Infiniti Markham) to certify it to their standards.

Asking $10,900 Certified. I'm the Second owner, I purchased it from Infiniti Markham after the original owner bought a new Infiniti.

Fully fully loaded, 4 wheel drive, Navigation, 360 Cameras on the front, rear and both sides, parking sensors on the front, rear and corners, Bluetooth, diamond stitch leather, rear factory DVD player, cooled/heated seats, dual climate control (Driver and passenger can have different AC/Heat temperatures. Push button start, Automatic, Paddle shifters, power moonroof and everything. Traction Control, Stability Control, Front airbags, side airbags and curtain airbags. Proximity sensing entry (just tap the handle with your finger to open or close it, no need to press the remote). CD changer, interior looks brand new. Drives very well, good on gas.

Recent work in the past 6 months done at Infiniti Markham (I have the receipts) are: bulbs replaced, new Infiniti wheel bearing, new OEM rear tires, new Infiniti brake pads and rotors, new Infiniti alignment, new Infiniti front shocks/struts, brand new Infiniti battery.

These SUV's were over 60k new, most used ones for sale need lots of repairs, all the repairs for this one ($4500 worth) were recently done by a trusted Infiniti Dealer (Infiniti Markham). $500 was also recently spent to add LED underbody lights that change to any colour or they can be turned off. (Can be removed). Selling because I'm buying a brand new truck. Very reliable vehicle, I drive about 600-800km (all highway) per week with oil changes done every 5000km. Cheapest newer bodystyle on Autotrader/Kijiji and the only one with all repairs needed already completed by an Infiniti dealer.

You could easily post this for $6500 As Is without dumping $4500 on minor repairs at the Stealership ( I know it's Markham Infiniti! ) - and it would be gone in a day or two.

people don't understand that even if the OP dumps 5K on a transmission now it doesn't make his car worth 10,900 + 5,000 = 15,900.
should of just sold it 6500 as is.

Sounds like a beater vehicle in re-built shape and condition after a few major repairs. Good luck with your asking. Lol

All the repairs done were wear and tear items and not done by bobs auto shop. The repairs were done at Markham Infiniti.

Also, the repairs were already done. The car will be inspected by Infiniti Markham and certified by them to give a buyer peace of mind. I'm selling it the way I would buy it. Inspected at the time of purchase at a trusted shop with a fresh certification.
