Ice cold. Would trust Amazon way more than 123 anyways.

You're comparing prices between genuine Samsung toners to compatible (aka knockoff) toners from 123inkccartidges? The last time I bought some ink from them the cartridges were half filled and the "new chip" was actually non-chip. I emailed them asking why they sold me those at the price of "new chip" yet sent me the non chip, they said there's no difference except for the price. Never bought anything from them again.

I think Amazon is more expensive than 123. But which one has better quality?
The toner from Amazon is long last?
I don't see a brand listed on 123 for that cartridge so it may not be the greatest comparison. The problem with remanufactured is that there are so many different companies remanufacturing theses things- ranging from OEM quality to absolute garbage (toner splatter all over page, not lasting anywhere near as long, damaging other components - i've seen it all). Unfortunately, without knowing who remanufactured this one it's just a crap shoot guessing its quality (not a great sign that they don't list the company).

Also note that 123 is final sale so no returning it if you do find the quality subpar. At least with amazon you get many reviews and a fantastic return policy.

123 is pretty restrictive with coupons and any OEM product being "low profit" and ineligible. Makes it hard to find a good deal on that site.

I'm speaking solely on ink/toner cartridges, I know others have posted some nice deals on printers or other items.

Sorry guys but you have no clue what you are talking about. Our company buys all our toners (Brother & HP) compatible toners from 123 only. We have bought several times from Newegg and Amazon but the best experience has been with 123. They are often the cheapest and trouble-free. Fast shipping to boot. Highly recommend them.

Does your company's name start with a "1" by any chance?

Be aware! Bought a compatible toner for my Samsung Monochrome 2020. Its garbage. Printed only 5 pages nicely then ink started to fade, it prints well after wasting 5 to 10 pages .

They even didn't post my review online. Buy genuine and avoid the pain. Will never buy from them again.

That's one of my printers. Still looking for a cheaper alternative but probably will end up getting it from Staples.

I grabbed a toner cartridge for my Brother and although it's been printing fine for the last couple months, I've been getting a low ink warning since I first installed the cartridge.

Except for the employees at 123carttridges, they have nothing but good things to say about their stellar experience with their toner.

Because it's junk. Mine cartridge ink started to fade after 200 pages. Now I need to remove it and shake every time before printing and repeat this trick after 5-6 pages.

The very worst experience in online shopping I ever had… Order the item on special/clearance. I believe they never even bothered to ship it to me; after like 2 weeks I called them and they stated “it was just returned to them as undeliverable” ??? WTF??? Never happen with any other online vendor.

We went over my address [it was correct as I use Pay Pal so no surprises there] and they promised they will ship it out again. Of course, it didn’t happen. When I called back again, they just said they will return my money. And they did after another week or so.

So I suspect they were using my money for 6 weeks without even having that item in stock anymore. Never ever buying anything from 123Ink again.

Seems like a mixed bag of experiences with 123. I honestly haven't had any issues. Use the 111s toner cartridge, go through a cartridge every 4-5 months at my work. Quality and yield seem to be pretty consistent, as we just use the Samsung 2020 printer for work orders and the occasional wiring diagram.

In terms of price and experience, they're the best deal with coupons, from what I've found over the years. If I do experience a bad yield (pun intended), I'll definitely notice though, since I know how often I re-order (order a new one when we open the one I keep in stock).

I had hell of an experience with them too. Mine only lasted for 1 month and started leaking, and was given another after complainting; SAME thing! I buy mine from Samsung and they last forever like 1 year [because I don't print too much]

I just recently purchased re-manufactured ink for $22 for my HP 4480 printer. I couldn't be happier with this solution being $22 for TRICOLOR and BLACK, when the color sells for $59.99 alone! First purchase from 123 and I'm impressed and I will most certainly repeat in the future. The ink was the G&G brand.

I have also ordered quite a bit of ink and a couple of toners from 123 and haven't had any bad experiences. But for most people all it takes is one bad experience, which is reasonable. I will continue to use them until I get the one bad experience and see how they handle it. But up until now it's been all good.

Speaking of ink and printers, anyone know where I can get a cheap printer cover? I've been looking online and I can buy a BBQ cover cheaper than I can buy a printer cover. It's just for dust........
