I think you need to create an account without referring since referring promotion ($10off$15) cannot be stacked nor removed from your cart.
But this would imply you are saving $15 for one order instead of saving $10x 2 (new and refer acc) = $20.
So if you ain't refering yourself, this promo is worth it, but if you already have a skip acc and can refer yourself on a new acc, the referral promo is a better deal.

I might be wrong since no one has mentioned it, but that's my rfder's thinking :/

Edit: The referral promo is $10off$15 on the new acc side and skip credit on the old acc

10, 15, 20% or set your own tip. If you prefer to tip in cash, you can put in $0 and pay at the door. However I am pretty sure the drivers see how much tip you put in before accepting an order, so they might be less likely to accept the order if they think they aren't being tipped.

Correct, if a driver sees a no tip or low top order (under $2), they will reassign it to someone else. It's like a hot potato no one wants. Eventually a disgruntled driver will accept the order but by then the food will be cold.

If you want to tip in cash, put it under instructions. Otherwise it will be hours before your order arrives.

People will likely suggest 15%, but personally I always do 10% with skip the dishes and never had any slow orders.

First time using this app. The delivery, tip and marked up app prices make it only decent deal as opposed to going into store.

Thanks OP nonetheless.

Thanks, OP. Created a new account - worked beautifully.
I'm going to the convenient store to pick me up a pack of cigarettes...

Do you ever worry about ordering a drink in a restaurant and the wait staff doing something to your drink?
