Looks like you have to go to Singapore? Anyone been able to get similar pricing for just Tokyo round trip?

You will get AP points but at what % ? is it 50%, or 100% you have to see what class it books into. If it is basic economy you will only get 50% AP points I do think.

Go to ANA's website and search for returns to SIN. You can search in two-week blocks, which makes it fairly quick.

Once you find a cheap one, go to multi-city and add in the stopover in TYO. You'll have to play with the dates. Should cost $100 USD more.

I''ve done this a couple of times, pre-covid.

ANA is a decent airline in Y: 787 nine-across, decent food.

Just found YXS-SIN-TYO-YXS mid-April for $833 CAD.

Which is about the same as I paid for a similar trip to HKG seven years ago.

I'm this close to booking it. Just because it's so GD cheap.

Thanks OP.

cheers

Great thread. Great destinations.

Do most middle-class Singapore families have paid helpers in the home?

All my Singaporean contacts have helpers, I just assumed they were upper crust.

I recommend visiting that part of the world if you get a chance.
