Received regular interest yesterday and promo today. Unsure why?
I would rather have them both for tax reason to be paid in 2021.

Even though not technically deposited into your account in 2021, the interest was *earned* in 2021, so should count as 2021 interest income.

Look in the Account Details of youre savings account. It tells how much you accumulated in previous year (2021) and Year to date (2022).

Yeah, promo interest is reflected under 2022. Doesn’t make any sense. I will try to get a hold of tangerine representative.
