2000 Mazda Protege SE

I have a 2000 Mazda Protege SE. Original owner, car is in great shape for it's age. No accidents. I had to get a bigger vehicle to accommodate my 3 kids. Well maintained, spent the first 7 years as my mother's grocery getter, then a few years as my winter car, and the last few years as my daily driver. 1.6L 4 Cyl, Auto, A/C (still works), power sunroof, and the rest is all manual. Approx. 137K KM. Asking $1500.00 As is.

OMG, no rust?
I had a 01 Protege MP3. Sold it 10 years ago.
Great handling.

I know!! I'm a little shocked myself, but the car has been great for me, it's just too small for my 3 growing kids, so I now drive a Mazda CX-5.

Great shape!!! OMG such clean rear wheel wells.
My dad's 01 (retired in 2018 after 548k kms) went through two sets of rear wheel well panels that both rotted out.
Good luck on your sale!

The rust issues started with the 01 + face lift protégés. I had a 2000 as well and it had no rust unlike the 2003 examples. Kind of miss that car!
