Nay. The new frontend is hideous and the side vent just ruins it.

4 = "say" = death in canto = bad luck in the asian community. Won't be seeing much of these in markham. Bad feng shui

Stupid naming. The 4 Series should be the 4 door sedans and the 3, 2 door coupes.
A life spent making mistakes is not only more memorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.

I like that it's more aggressive but it looks like it has an overbite. I have an E46 and think that it's much cleaner.

I will love it until I see the price BMW Canada puts on it and then stop loving it.

I think the inner douchiness will come out and override cultural superstitions when comes time to sign the lease.

Going forward there will be no more 3 series coupe. BMW has decided to copy Audi (A4 = sedan, A5 = coupe)

where that fit in with the m series?
Well the 850CSi was "sort of" an M car. BMW abandoned the M8 production car back when the 8-series was current, however the 850CSi carried both an S-series engine (which M-cars have) complete with "Powered by ///M" logo; and it had an M-car VIN (WBS instead of WBA). It was indeed tuned by their M-division, leading many people to consider it an M vehicle regardless of whether it was called an M8 officially or not. The real M8 prototype had over 500hp though, while the 850CSi had "only" 375hp.

Anyway as for this 4-series, the first pic in the thread, the bumper looks way too high for my liking and combined with the suspension height it makes the thing look like a CUV or something--ugh :S The 435i on this page however...much better looking!

Makes sense, but still seems silly to do it now, Audi did it on the second gen A4 coupe.

I don't think there ever was an A4 coupe at all? There was only the Cabriolet (convertible) that was two doors and had the A4 name on it. Of course the Cab then became the A5 Cabriolet after the advent of that vehicle.
