2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited V6 4x4 Fully loaded One owner

2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited V6 4x4 Fully loaded, one owner
Black exterior two tone leather interior. (see attached pix)

Some features included:
heated steering wheel
heated and cooled front seats
Navigation
panoramic sunroof
Factory towing package I think rated for up to 5000lbs (upgraded oil cooler, 2" receiver, wiring, etc)
wireless charging
lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, accident avoidance (auto braking), blind spot alerting
HID headlamps, fog / driving lights, LED daytime running lights,
and more.
(I was told this jeep had all available options ticked).

Transmission and transfer case was replaced under warranty when I complained about some noise, which did resolve the issue.
Vehicle now has approximately 120k, most of it hwy driving, either going up north to cottage, or going south to Florida / New York / South Carolina, and even to Nova Scotia a few times.

Brakes have been upgraded to crossdrilled and slotted package, greatly increasing braking feel and capability.
(Original brakes were really bad in comparison)

Transmission fluid and oil has been changed just before work from home started (plan was to keep this car for quite a while longer, but on impulse bought a Macan)
Always used Synthetic oil (Mobil1 usually, if not than castrol) , usually around 7000km (1/2 of manufacturers recommended which is almost 15000)

Will include original 18" chrome wheels as well as a set of winters on factory wheels (17" lower model oem)
Winter tires have lots of tread left and still on the car, the 18" tires may need replacing this year or next, depending on who you ask.

Also have a set of Weathertech floor mats front and back. (these are great, but not cheap to buy)

New price - $14500 , better than anything I can find in the market for a Limited 4x4 V6 not even considering all the other options and mileage

Just wanted to add, oil changes were done usually around 5000km using either synthetic Mobil or Castrol, and transmission fluid has just been changed maybe 1000km ago (just before work from home started)
I tend to overkill when it comes to these things.

Brakes all around has been upgraded and are way better than stock

Just found this ad, this is almost the same as mine, except they don't seem to have the cooled seats but I do have all of the following features:

Limited * 4x4 * Navigation * Panoramic Sunroof * Leather Power and Memory Heated Front Seats * Remote start * Power-Lift Gate * Steering Wheel Controls * BT/SiriusXm/USB/Aux * Roof Racks * Push To Start * Keyless Entry * Cruise Control * Hands Free Calling * Back Up Camera* Rear Breaking Assist * Dual Climate Control * 12V DC Outlet * Tow Package * Rear Trunk Privacy Cover * Fog Lights * Auto/Snow/Sport/Sand Mode *

Bump. Open to reasonable offers. Already picked up my new vehicle so could use the space.

Thank you for your suggestions. All pictures were taken yesterday (except the first one, i can't do an outside shot until I actually wash the car)
