prize: 16.There is a total of one (1) Grand Prize available to be won at the outset of this Contest. The Grand Prize consists of a five (5) night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (collectively, the “Prize Participants”) to the destination of the Grand Prize winner’s choice (the “Prize Destination”), which must be selected from a list of destinations provided by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. (The list of destinations is currently New York, Miami, London, Rome, Paris and Barcelona, but Sponsor reserves the right to modify that list at any time for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.) Specifically, the Grand Prize includes and is expressly limited to the following components:
(a)roundtrip business class airfare for each of the Prize Participants to the Prize Destination, from the major international airport closest to the Grand Prize winner’s Canadian residence at the time of entering the Contest (the “Departure Point”) (the Prize Participants for the Grand Prize must travel on the same itinerary, transportation for the Prize Participants to/from such airport is at their own cost and the airline and other airfare details are to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion);
(b)five (5) nights’ accommodation for the Prize Participants in a hotel in the Prize Destination (one (1) suite room, double occupancy), the room, hotel and other accommodation details to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (a valid major credit card or a cash deposit may be required to be presented upon check-in to the hotel);
(c)one (1) complimentary dinner for the Prize Participants at a five-star restaurant in the Prize Destination (to a maximum of $1,000.00 CAD – restaurant and other dinner details to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); and
(d)one thousand Canadian dollars ($1,000.00 CAD) in spending money.
