You can either buy something at Food Basics, or there's a NPE option available.

PRIZE: There are a total of 125 prizes available to be won each week, namely 3 Grand Prizes each consisting of free groceries for one year (awarded as $5,200 in Food Basics gift cards) and 122 Store Prizes each consisting of $150 in Food Basics gift cards.
NPE: If an eligible person wishes to obtain a Card without making a Qualifying Purchase, he or she may do so by printing his or her full name, complete mailing address (including postal code), telephone number, date of birth, valid email address, and favourite Food Basics store location in Ontario on a plain piece of paper and mailing it (in a separate sealed envelope with sufficient postage) to I Want it All Event Contest, 5559 Dundas Street West, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9B 1B9, Attention: Marketing Manager, Pharmacy and Discount.
