2015 Volkswagen GTI Lease Takeover $400/month - Will pay lease transfer fee!

Lease takeover - GTI for the price of a Golf! Will pay lease transfer fee!

Car is fully loaded with the exception of leather seats. Automatic DSG transmission and Technology Package (Navigation). Car is jam-packed with features; too many to list.

I had 20% tints put all around with lifetime warranty from Audioheaven (well reputed shop) ~ cost approx. $300. Tint's can be seen in the last picture.

Here are the details:
Payment before tax: $353.98
Payment after tax: $400.00
Down Payment Amount: $158.86 (to even the payment to $400 after tax)
Residual: $18,192.50
Lease Start Date:November 25, 2014
Lease End Date: November 25, 2018
Annual KM Allowance: 20,000 ~ with 12,000 on the odometer the new lessee will effectively have an allowance of approximately 21,000 per annum.

Car is parked in an underground condo garage.

Takeover my lease with only 38 months remaining. This deal is now hard to get from a dealer because the residual's have dropped since.

PM, text (416-669-8766) or email from kijiji for more information.

Same rate. Lease takeover. Terms are not being changed. If your credit is bad then that is something outside of my control.

You should write how much security deposit was put down in order to get the rate down to 1.61% and whether you want the deposit back or not.

Does the buyout include taxes? What's transfer fee?

Car is fully loaded with the exception of leather seats. Automatic DSG transmission. Car was sold at cost which is why the payment is so low. My negotiating skills are being passed on to the lessee.

Also, not pictured is the car with its new tints. I had 20% tints put all around with lifetime warranty from Audioheaven (well reputed shop) ~ cost approx. $300.

Payment before tax: $353.98
Payment after tax: $400.00

Residual: $18,192.50
Lease Start Date:November 25, 2014
Lease End Date: November 25, 2018
Annual KM Allowance: 20,000 ~ with 10,500 on the odometer the new lessee will effectively have an allowance of 21,000 per annum.

Car is parked in an underground condo garage. Winter tires with steel rims also available for $500, used for only one season so far for about 6,000km.

May be leaving the country, but have lots of time before that day comes.

New lessee will be responsible for lease transfer fee.

Buyout is without HST. Transfer fee is maximum $895 but I heard some dealerships are willing to do for less.
