4. SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of winner’s choice of one (1) vehicle from the following selection: a 2017 Nissan 370Z® Coupe, approximate retail value (“ARV”): $29,998; or a 2016 Nissan Rogue® SL AWD Premium, ARV: $35,548; or a 2016 Nissan Titan® XD Gas SV, ARV: $55,550. A Grand Prize is not transferable and is not convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). In lieu of the Grand Prize listed, winner has the option to receive a $40,000 Nissan voucher valid only for the purchase of a 2016 or 2017 Nissan vehicle available at winner’s Nissan dealership of choice in Canada. Winner is responsible for any cost that exceeds $40,000, and any difference between the actual cost of the vehicle under $40,000 will not be awarded in any form. Only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Maximum Grand Prize ARV: $55,550. All ARVs in these Official Rules are stated in Canadian dollars.

SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAW: A random Draw will be held at 10:30 a.m. CT on Friday, October 14, 2016, at the offices of Administrator at 55 West Monroe in Chicago, Illinois, USA, to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner from among all eligible Entries submitted and received. Odds of being selected depend on the total number of Entries submitted and received.
