The Prizewinner will receive:
Roundtrip economy class airfare for the Prizewinner up to six (6) eligible squad members to the greater Los Angeles area
Hotel accommodations (double occupancy) in the greater Los Angeles area for two (2) nights for the Prizewinner up to six (6) eligible squad members
Ground transportation to/from airport/hotel for Prizewinner up to six (6) eligible squad members
Up to six (6) tickets to a live taping of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on a date to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion following consultation with Prizewinner. Dates to attend are subject to availability and exclude the annual “12 Days of Giveaways”
TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) OF ALL PRIZING: US $36,000.00
To be considered for the Contest, one Contestant from each squad must first access the contest webpage, located at the Ellen Contest webpage located at http://www.ellentv.com/squad
Contestant (each eligible squad member) must then submit the following:
Personal Information for each contestant: Contestant’s first name, last name, e-mail address, home phone number, mailing address, and date of birth (“Personal Information”).
Contestant will also be required to check a box acknowledging that Contestant is at least 18 years of age and another box that Contestant has read and accepts this Contest’s Official Rules.
One written statement per squad of no more than approximately two thousand (2000) characters describing why Contestant’s squad should come see a taping of The Ellen DeGeneres Show (the “Statement”) and a photograph of Contestant’s Squad for purposes of confirming identity and for publication in the event that Contestant wins a Prize (the “Photo”). Submission of the Photo will not affect whether or not Contestant will win the Prize.
