Sweepstakes is open to residents of Canada who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of Newell Industries Canada Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual or entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”).
NO PURCHASE REQUIRED. To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, go to www.NUK-CANADA.CA/SIMPLYNATURALSWEEPS (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to: (i) enter your full name, valid email address, and postal code; (ii) correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question; and (iii) signify your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Rules. Next, click the “Submit” button to to activate the digital scratch card (the “Scratch Card”). Once the submit button is pressed, you must interact with the Scratch Card to reveal a result (the “Result”) which will be displayed on-screen. The Result is automatically determined by the Sponsor’s computer system and is not subject to challenge. If the Result shows one (1) of the available Prizes (see Rule 7) (a “Winning Result”), then the eligible entrant is eligible to win that Prize (subject to compliance with these Rules). If the Result is anything other than a Winning Result (a “Losing Result”), then the screen will automatically indicate that the eligible entrant is not eligible to win a Prize (each, an “Entry” and collectively, the “Entries”). All determinations regarding whether a Result is a Winning Result or a Losing Result will be made by the Sponsor (or, where the Sponsor has delegated accordingly, its designated representatives) in its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of the Sponsor (or, where the Sponsor has delegated accordingly, its designated representatives) are final and binding (without right of appeal) on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
