Also, "Only one account or Facebook account per entrant, per email address, and
street address is permissible". However, they don't even ask for your street address, so they would not be able to verify if more than one entrant with different email addresses had the same street address or not.

I fear that they assume that one IP address means on street address... which is wrong.
