Although it says open to Canada, it also says

“12. The selected Participant(s) will be notified and announced and on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. The announcement and instructions for prize pick-up will be sent to directly to the winner. The selected Participant will be required to correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question, in order to be eligible to receive the prize. The selected Participant must respond within 10 days of the announcement date. If the selected Participant fails to respond, they will forfeit the prize.”

So you have to pick up if you win, and there are only locations in BC (Vancouver and Greater Vancouver area), Ontario, Quebec and one location in Halifax.

No location in Thunder Bay, so that cancels me out. Too bad as it;s a nice prize. Good luck to whomever does win...
