The prize does not include: travel to and from Elmwood Spa; food while in Toronto, Ontario; parking; other services or products the Winner may request or purchase on a spa visit, tips or other gratuities; and any other items of a personal nature, or related to accepting (the Prize). The prize must be picked up by the Winner by appointment with an Elmwood Spa employee, as indicated in the Declaration and Release form. Identification must be presented and match the name and address of the winning entry form.
