The Released Parties will not be in any way responsible (and for greater certainty, will not offer any substitute prizing) in the event that any part of a Grand Prize (including, without limitation, the Game) is delayed, cancelled, postponed or rescheduled for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, due to illness or health risks, or any NBA, governmental or health authority orders, measures, directives or guidance in response to such illness or risks, such as, without limitation, those that may be implemented to mitigate COVID-19 transmission, or due to any other cause of any kind or nature whatsoever beyond the commercially reasonable control of the Released Parties).
Grand Prizes - Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for a confirmed Grand Prize winner to see the Toronto Raptors play in one of his/her favourite NBA Arenas with one (1) guest travelling companion. Each Grand Prize includes: (i) round trip economy airfare for two (2) from a major Canadian airport closest to the Grand Prize winner's place of residence in Canada (hereinafter referred to as the "Departure Point"), as determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, to the city where the selected arena (the “Arena”) is located, determined by the Contest Sponsor in consultation with the confirmed Grand Prize winner as described below (the “Destination City”); (ii) one (1) nights’ accommodation (based on one (1) room, double occupancy) in a hotel located in the Destination City as chosen by the Contest Sponsor at its sole and absolute discretion; and (iii) two (2) tickets to a 2020-2021 regular season Toronto Raptors game (the “Game”) at the Arena.
Raptors Jersey Prizes - The sizing, player and uniform colour of each Raptors Jersey available to be won is at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor. The approximate retail value of each Raptors Jersey Prize is $99 CAD.
