To be eligible, your entry is subject to and must comply with the Twitter Terms of Service and Twitter Rules available at the Website and conform to Twitter’s 280-character limit.
Please note that there are no correct answers. Entrants must not identify or tag specific individuals within any Entry (as hereinafter defined) submitted in the Contest.
Each entrant will receive one (1) entry (each an “Entry”, collectively “Entries”) when the entrant submits an Entry in one (1) of the formats described above and in accordance with these Official Rules and Regulations (“Rules”). Any Entry that does not follow one of the above formats as determined by Sponsor will be ineligible for entry in this Contest. Entries must not infringe, misappropriate or violate any third party’s rights, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, right of publicity, right of privacy or trade secret and not contain any content that is offensive, illegal, obscene or that is otherwise objectionable to Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Each entrant shall indemnify the Released Parties (as hereinafter defined) against any liability for any claims and associated costs that may be brought against them by any third parties with respect to any intellectual or other property rights in the submitted Entry.
4. ENTRY SUBMISSION:
There is a limit of one (1) Entry per Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account permitted per day during the Contest Period.
One (1) prize is available to be won in the Contest (“Prize”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is one hundred sixty six Canadian dollars and ninety-nine Canadian cents (CDN$166.99). The Prize consists of one (1) game code (ARV $79.99); two (2) Crash Bandicoot facemasks (ARV $5 each); one (1) controller/phone holder (ARV $30); and one (1) Crash Bandicoot t-shirt (ARV $47; size/style determined solely by the Sponsor).
