2021/02/25 The Financial Flex Off 2021 Contest Win $3,000 [No QC]

There is one (1) cash prize available to be won (the “Prize””), consisting of $3,000 CDN.
Once you have registered for the Contest, during the Contest Period login to the Contest Website and you will be presented with the Contest introduction page (the “Intro Page”). From the Intro Page, you can follow the on-screen instructions to receive additional Entries (up to a maximum of five hundred and forty one (541) Entries regardless of the method) by performing any of the following Contest activities during the Contest Period:

- Sign Up for Emails: You will be awarded with fifteen (15) additional Entries if you sign up to receive promotional communications from the Financial Institution during the Registration process or upon revisiting the Website during the Contest Period. After Opting-in, you may withdraw your consent to receive such email communications without affecting your eligibility in this Contest (for details on how to withdraw your consent, please consult the Financial Institution’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.tangerine.ca/en/privacy). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Financial Institution or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information. You may only earn a maximum of fifteen (15) additional Entries via this option.
- Follow @TangerineBank on Twitter®: If you enter your Twitter username on the “FOLLOW US on Twitter” page on the Contest Website and select the “Confirm” button, you will receive ten (10) additional Entries (upon verification by the Sponsor that you are “Following” @TangerineBank on Twitter). You may only earn a maximum of ten (10) additional Entries via this option.
- Entering Social Codes: You will be awarded three (3) additional Entries for each unique social code you enter via the Contest Website during the Contest Period. Social codes will be released on Facebook (facebook.com/tangerinebank) and Twitter (twitter.com/tangerinebank) (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). You may only enter any unique social code once and you may only earn a maximum of fifteen (15) additional Entries during the Contest Period via this option (i.e., you can enter up to five (5) unique social codes on the Contest Website).
- Financial Flex Off Game: To play the Financial Flex Off game (the “Game”), select the ‘play’ button on the Contest Website. Once you have selected to play the Game, you will be asked a series of questions (each, a “Question”) each with only two (2) answer options, a correct answer option (a “Correct Answer”) or an incorrect answer option (an “Incorrect Answer”). During each Game play, you will earn one (1) additional Contest Entry for each consecutive Correct Answer to a Question (each a “Game Entry”) until (i) you choose to end the Game or (ii) you get a Wrong Answer to a Question, in which case the Game will end and you will not earn a Game Entry for the Wrong Answer and will also forfeit all accumulated Game Entries you earned during that Game regardless of the number of Correct Answers you received. In addition, you will receive bonus Game Entries (which are cumulative in respect of each Game played) in connection with an uninterrupted series of Correct Answers as follows: (i) if you select five (5) Correct Answers in a row, you will receive ten (10) bonus Game Entries; (ii) if you select ten (10) Correct Answers in a row, you will receive twenty (20) bonus Game Entries; (iii) if you select one thirty (30) Correct Answers in a row, you will receive sixty (60) bonus Game Entries. There is no limit to the number of Games you may play during the Contest Period but you may only earn a maximum of five-hundred (500) Game Entries. The Contest Questions, the relevant Correct Answer and Incorrect Answers have been developed by the Sponsor and/or the Financial Institution to reflect accurate and timely content with the aims of the Contest in mind and are not subject to challenge.
