LEGALS for the Hop Into a Hot Tub Contest
No purchase necessary. Contest starts at 5:00 p.m. AT on March 15, 2021 and closes at 5:00 p.m. AT on March 27, 2021. Open to legal residents of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, Canada who are of the age of majority in the province in which they reside. Some restrictions apply. Correct answer to a mathematical skill testing question required. Approximate retail value of the prizeis $18,500.00 CAD. Odds of winning theprize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. PRIZE: There is one (1) prize (the "Prize") available to be won, consisting of a Yukon Hot Tub (86x86x40), featuring two pumps, 40 jets, a Spa Boy Salt Water System, Northern Lights Colour Changing LED System, a Mylovac cover, a cover lifter, a plastic step, a Western cedar cabinet and Forever Floor. Arctic Spas will deliver the Prize to any location within the province of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or Prince Edward Island. Arctic Spas will provide installation of the spa, provided the winner has a level and solid surface for the spa, i.e. a reinforced deck, compacted crusher dust, patio stones, or a cement slab. Arctic Spas will also provide the electrical hook-up, provided the winner’s home has the appropriate power supply (50 AMP GFCI protected). The approximate retail value of the Prize is $18,500.00 CAD. Delivery and installation are subject to the terms and conditions of Arctic Spas NS.
