2021/06/10 2021 Oikos Snack to Win Contest, Pur or NPE
A total of two thousand one hundred and one (2,101) prizes (individually, a “Prize” and, collectively, the “Prizes”) will be awarded as part of this Contest, namely one (1) Grand Prize, one hundred (100) NHLShop.ca Gift Card Prizes and two thousand (2,000) Free Oikos Product Prizes (as such terms are hereinafter defined).
3.1 Grand Prize Description. There is one (1) Grand Prize to be won as part of the Contest, which is comprised of the following elements (the “Grand Prize”):
One (1) NHLShop.ca Gift Card, valued at eight thousand Canadian dollars ($CAD 8,000.00), valid on the NHLshop.ca online store*;
Two (2) NHL recliners, valued at seven hundred Canadian dollars each, for a total of one thousand and four hundred Canadian dollars ($CAD 1,400.00);

One (1) dining set comprised of a dining table and six (6) seatings, valued at one thousand eight hundred Canadian dollars ($CAD 1,800.00);
One (1) gift card valid at The Greek Kitchen, to participate in a virtual cooking class, valued at two hundred Canadian dollars ($CAD 200.00)***;
One (1) set of professional cooking knives, valued at five hundred Canadian dollars ($CAD 500.00);
One French oven Le Creuset®, valued at four hundred and fifty Canadian dollars ($CAD 450.00);

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is twenty-five thousand Canadian dollars ($CAD 25,000.00).
In the event that any element of the Grand Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of equal or greater value, without any liability.
In no event will the Contest Organizer be liable for more than one (1) Grand Prize.

One (1) coupon for a free Oikos, valued at approximately five Canadian dollars ($CAD 5.00);
The total approximate retail value of each Free Oikos Product Prize is approximately five Canadian dollars ($CAD 5.00) and the total approximate retail value of all the Free Oikos Product Prizes is one hundred thousand Canadian dollars ($CAD 10,000.00).
Prize Draws.
4.1.1. Grand Prize Draw. At the end of the Contest Period, a prize draw awarding the Grand Prize to the winner satisfying these Rules (including audit and response requirements to the regulatory skill-testing question), will be held on June 11, 2021 at around 11h00 min 00 s. (ET) in Boucherville, Quebec, among all valid entries received during the Contest Period. The prize draw will be conducted by the Contest Organizer.
4.1.2. NHLShop.ca Gift Card Prizes and Free Oikos Product Prizes Draws. During the Contest Period, weekly prize draws awarding the NHLShop.ca Gift Card Prizes and the Free Oikos Product Prizes to the winners satisfying these Rules (including audit and response requirements to the regulatory skill-testing question), will be held on the dates mentioned below, at around 11h00 min 00 s. (ET), in Boucherville, Quebec, among all valid entries received as of the moment of each prize draw. The prize draws will be conducted by the Contest Organizer.
