There will be one (1) prize available to be awarded, consisting of the following components (the “Prize”):
● Two (2) Tickets to a 2022 NBA Finals Game (Location/City to be Determined)
● Two (2) Round-Trip Economy Flight Tickets from Winner’s closest Canadian airport
● One (1) double-occupancy hotel room for two (2) nights (to be chosen by the Sponsor in their sole
and absolute discretion)
Approximate retail value of the prize is $5,000.00, subject to the information below. Prize includes all applicable fees and taxes, and the following conditions apply: (i) Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) no substitutions except at Sponsor's option; (iii) Sponsor reserves the right at any time to substitute the Prize or a component thereof for any reason with a prize or prize component(s) of equal or greater value, including, without limitation, but solely at the Sponsor's sole discretion, a cash award.
