If you can spare the moment, definitely reach out to the manager to let them know how pleased you are with the staff! They are trained and evaluated on making customer connections, knowing their customers, conversating with their customers, and your story could mean a positive review and maybe even raise for some of those staff!kr0zet wrote: ↑ I love the customer service at Starbucks. I had been trying to get a spinach wrap for a couple weeks but it always seemed to be not available when I went thru. One morning the manager hands me one on the house because she recognized that I had been trying to get one but couldn't.
Up until about a year ago I was a tim hortons cutomer but switched on a whim. Now the barista's know me by name, know my orders talk about things I have talked about in the past (How was leg day at the gym...) and I feel a connection to my local Starbucks. It's cliché to say but I look forward to my morning Americano and will probably be a customer for life.
Sorry for the off topic rant.
