1. The “Celebrating Kindness, Celebrating You!” Contest (the “Contest”) begins on July 11th, 2021 and
ends on September 30th 2021 at 5:00 pm EDT (the “Contest Period”).
2. How to enter the Contest: Enter online at kidsandcompany.com/contest during the Contest Period and,
you will have an additional check box on the registry form to enter our Prize draw. Only one (1) entry per
person per entry method during the Contest Period is permitted. Entry must be received on or before 5:00
pm Eastern Daylight Time on the Contest Closing Date (as specified in the contest description). If it is
discovered that any person has used or attempted to use multiple ballots, names, and/or identities to enter
the Contest, then (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest sponsors) he/she may be disqualified
from the Contest and all of his/her entries voided.
3. No purchase necessary to enter the Contest.
12. This contest is open to all residents of Canada (except residents of the Province of Quebec) over the
age of 18.
4. There are fourteen (14) prizes to be won during the Contest Period.
The first prize consists of 20 backup child care days at any Canadian Kids & Company location valued at $2000.00.
Prizes 2-11 are $50.00 gift cards to be used at any Babies "R" Us location in Canada.
Prize 12 is a $500.00 gift card to be used at any Babies “R” Us location in Canada.
Prize 13 is a $1000.00 cash prize from ParentsCanada.
The grand prize (14) is a full year of child care at any Canadian Kids & Company location (valued at $25,000.00,
new Kids & Company registrations only). The Prizes will be subject to the terms and conditions listed.
The sponsors of this promotion are Kids & Company Ltd., ParentsCanada and JaneMedia. Toys “R” Us
(Canada) Ltd. (“TRU”) is a prize provider.
6. Random draws for the Prizes will take place at Kids & Company head office at 30 Leek Crescent, Suite
103 Richmond Hill, ON L4B 4N4 monthly from all eligible entries received during the prior month of the
Contest Period.
