Not sure anyone noticed but the rules have errors or screwed up for the dates lol. Also doesn't really state if your entries are carried over to next month but would assume that since it is single entry.:

ELIGIBLE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS
One (1) Prize will be awarded by random draw during each month of the Contest Period (the “Monthly
Periods). On each of July 31, 2021, August 30, 2021 and September 30, 2021, (the “Selection Dates”) in
Toronto, Ontario at 5:00pm EST, the Sponsor will perform a random draw from among all eligible Entries
submitted within the applicable Monthly Period and received in accordance with these Rules to select one (1) Prize winner. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received in
accordance with these Rules during the Monthly Period
