Grand prize:
A six-day birding trip for two to Colombia from Oct. 4 – 9, 2022, valued at approximately $5,390.
The winners have to make their own travel arrangements for the flight to Barranquilla
via Bogota (outbound flight) and the return flight from Bogota to their home airport. The
costs of the respective flights have to be paid by the winners themselves.
Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Barranquilla via Bogota
Day 2: Isla Salamanca NP, birding on the way to the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta
mountain range
Day 3+4: Birding in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountain range

Day 6: Transfer from Riohacha to Bogota
The winner is responsible for travel to and from their nearest home airport as well as the
flight to Bogota at their own expense.

8x32 binoculars, one cross strap, one 175th anniversary hoodie, one Moleskine notebook, one ZEISS birding cap, one hardcover copy of the Collins Bird Guide.
