Does anyone know if when winning the stars. Do they get added automatically to your account? I don't see mine loaded onto my Starbucks card

You receive an email to claim your prize. Click on the link, provide your info and answer the skill testing question. My wins have always loaded right after that.

You need to click on the link in the email about the win and fill out the form and answer the skill testing question before the stars get added to your account. You have 14 days to do this.

There has been trouble with the app today. I arrived outside of my local Starbucks this morning and realized I couldn't use the app to order, had to actually speak to someone!
