"Prize includes: (i) round trip transportation (First Class) for the confirmed winner and their Guest to Toronto, Ontario from a Canadian departure location near the confirmed winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (ii) accommodation for the confirmed winner and their Guest (double occupancy) for three (3) nights total in a hotel or hotels determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion; (iii) use of a Lexus vehicle (to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) (the “Vehicle”) for the confirmed winner for four (4) consecutive days while participating in the Prize; (iv) meals (to be set by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (v) personalized Lexus branded gifts (to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); (vi) select activities while in Toronto, Ontario (to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); and (vii) a $200 CAD prepaid card for the confirmed winner (use of gas card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer)."
IMPORTANT NOTE: An element of the Prize (as defined below in Rule 6) involves the opportunity to drive a Lexus vehicle (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). In order to be eligible to utilize this component of the Prize, the confirmed winner must: (i) have a valid unencumbered driver’s license in good standing (equivalent to a full “G” license in Ontario); and (ii) be insurable. For the avoidance of any doubt, if the confirmed winner does not meet these specific requirements, then the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may permit the confirmed winner to assign this component of the Prize to their Guest (as defined below in Rule 6) if the Guest meets the requirements noted above. If this component of the Prize cannot be assigned to the confirmed winner’s Guest in a manner that is completely satisfactory to the Sponsor, then the confirmed winner will forfeit this aspect of the Prize in its entirety and nothing will be substituted in its place. In any such case, however, the remainder of the Prize will still be awarded to the confirmed winner in accordance with these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”).
