2023/01/31 -The 2023 Walmart Canada Survey Sweepstakes [All Canada]

Make a purchase (of any amount) at a participating Walmart Canada retail location between February 1, 2022 and January 31, 2023 and look on your cash register receipt (“receipt”) for a survey invitation. Not all receipts may contain a survey invitation. Retain your receipt and visit https://survey.walmart.ca within 14 days after the Visit Date printed on the front of your receipt. Enter the store #, TC # and Visit Date located on the front of your receipt along with your complete name, mailing address, phone number and age in the appropriate fields, complete the survey, and click the “submit” button. . Entry must be completed and submitted within 14 days after the Visit Date or by January 31, 2023 if the receipt date is January 17, 2023 or later to be eligible. For example, if your receipt Visit Date is February 1, 2021, then you would have until Februaruy 14, 2022 to complete your survey. There is a limit of one (1) entry per receipt.
Mail in Entry:
On a postcard (no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches), handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number and age and mail with proper and sufficient postage to 2023 Walmart Canada Survey Sweepstake, 4104 Fairview Street Unit 227 Burlington, Ontario L7L 4Y8.
Sweepstakes Period.
The Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on January 31, 2023, however, mail-in entries will be accepted up to February 8, 2023 for the drawing on February 15, 2023 as set out in Rule 4 below.
Prizes.
There are three (3) prizes available to be won for each drawing during March 15, 2022 to February 15, 2023 (see Rule 4 above). Each prize consists of one (1) Walmart gift card in the amount of CDN$1,000.
