You don't need to subscribe to the newspaper, you just have to subscribe to an email list. It's good across Canada even though the sites are located in Ontario

Thunder Bay or environs is my pick...not any of the others and I need to pick one. I DO actually read many of the newsletters I subscribe to so I really don't want one outside my area in this case...

I checked the box to subscribe but I have to pick one or else I can't enter...I guess they don't know where we are. They have North Bay though...
