Prizes:
The following prizes (each, a “Prize”) are available in the Contest:
(i) Vacation Getaway Grand Prize: There are ten (10) Vacation Getaway grand prizes (each, a “Vacation
Grand Prize”) available to be won in the Contest. Each Vacation Grand Prize consists of a $10,000 CAD
digital gift card, for use towards the purchase of a vacation getaway (the issuer of the applicable gift card
awarded shall be determined by the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion).
(ii) Scene+® Points Grand Prize: There is one (1) Scene+® points grand prize (the “Scene+® Points Grand
Prize”) available to be won in the Contest for “Select Quebec Retailer Purchase Entry” submissions. The
Scene+® Points Grand Prize consists of 500,000 Scene+® points (approximate retail value: $5,000 CAD).
Winner must have or obtain a valid Scene+® account, and provide their applicable account number to the
Sponsor upon request as part of the winner confirmation procedure set out below, in order to receive their
Scene+® Points Grand Prize (becoming a Scene+® account holder is free of charge, for details, visit
www.sceneplus.ca/). Scene Plus IP Corporation trademarks used under license by Sobeys Capital Inc.
How to enter:
To enter the Contest with purchase: (i) during the Purchase Period, complete a purchase
of any one (1) or more Hellmann’s participating products (as set out in Schedule B, below), while supplies
last, in a single transaction from a Participating Retailer (collectively, an “Eligible Purchase”); and, (ii) during
the Submission Period, (a) visit https://www.unileverpromos.ca/hellmanns-contest-EN/ (the “Contest
Website”) and complete the official Contest entry form (the “Entry Form”) with all required information,
including your full name, complete mailing address (including postal code), a valid email address and
daytime telephone number (including area code); (b) upload a copy of your sales receipt, evidencing your
Eligible Purchase; (c) answer correctly, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, the
mathematical skill-testing question; (d) confirm that you are of the age of majority in your province/territory of
residence and that you have read and accept these Rules; (e) indicate whether you would like to receive
future notifications regarding upcoming events and/or promotions from the Sponsor (for certainty, opting-in to
receive such notifications is optional and will not impact your chances of winning in the Contest); and (f) click
“Enter” to submit your entry (a “Purchase Entry”). “Participating Retailers” include any retailer of
Hellmann’s products in Canada (including the applicable retailer’s online retail channels, as applicable). To
be eligible, your Eligible Purchase receipt submission must fully evidence that you have made an Eligible
Purchase during the Purchase Period (including clearly showing the Participating Products purchased and
Eligible Purchase date, time and Participating Retailer). Limit of one (1) Purchase Entry per Eligible
Purchase receipt (regardless of whether more than one (1) Participating Products have been purchased in
such transaction). If your Eligible Purchase was completed at an IGA Participating Retailer in the province of
Quebec, your Purchase Entry will be automatically deemed as “Select Quebec Retailer Purchase Entry”. If
your Eligible Purchase was completed at a Metro Participating Retailer in the province of Ontario, your
Purchase Entry will be automatically deemed as “Select Ontario Retailer Purchase Entry”. If your Eligible
Purchase was completed at any other Participating Retailer (for certainty, any Participating Retailer that is
not an IGA Participating Retailer in the province of Quebec, nor a Metro Participating Retailer in the provide
of Ontario), your Purchase Entry will be automatically deemed a “General Purchase Entry”.

HOW TO RECEIVE A NO PURCHASE PIN: On a plain piece of paper, hand-print: (a) your full name,
complete mailing address (including postal code), daytime telephone number (including area code), email
address, and a unique and original essay (minimum 50-words) on the topic of “what is your favourite dish
with Hellmann’s during this season and why?”; and, (b) a statement indicating whether you would like to
participate in the Contest to receive a Select Quebec Retailer No Purchase Entry, Select Ontario Retailer No
Purchase Entry or a General No Purchase Entry; and mail it to: Hellmann’s Win a Vacation Getaway Contest
c/o TOPBOX Marketing. 53B Tycos Dr. North York, ON. M6B 1W3 (a “Request”). Upon receipt of a complete
Request in accordance with these Rules, a PIN (a “No Purchase PIN”) will be sent by email to the email
address provided in the Request. For certainty, to be eligible a Request must include a unique and original
essay (determined at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion). To be eligible, a Request must be postmarked
on or before the end of the Purchase Period and received by August 5, 2024. Each Request must be mailed
in a separate envelope bearing sufficient postage. Limit of one (1) Request per outer envelope with sufficient
postage. Limit one (1) No Purchase PIN per Request.
