2A Low Profile Mini Automative Fuse

Hi,

Was just wondering if anyone know where I can buy 2A low profile mini automotive fuse locally? Would prefer to buy it locally.

I've had zero luck trying to find anything other than a 'normal' blade. You might need to visit the dealer. I did when I needed a 80amp Maxi. Try partsource/Canadian Tire/The Source, or if you are in the West End, there's A1 parts.

You need to go to a real autoparts store.

Napa or try electronics surplus stores(not a Bell Shilling company like the Source).

Looks like it would have to be a Bussmann fuse, colour coded Gray, as Littelfuse don't make a 2A. in that type.

And it would come in a pack of 5. Probably hard to get 2A. as factory fit would be 5A. minimum. Best to try a place like NAPA that deal routinely with the trade.

Or a place that does sound system and alarm, etc. installs - they must use 2A. fuses.

I have seen these fuse in walmart in a variety pack, but don't remember if 2A is one of them.

Yep definitely have seen the mini fuses at Walmart.

Yes low pro, so hard to find, I've emailed some distributors and if I find any, I will post my findings here.

Let me be a bit more clear, I've seen low profile mini fuse at Walmart. I just don't think it comes as small as 2A.
Is this for dashcam?

Yeah it's for a dashcam, and yes really hard. I might have found some at a small shop. Going to pick it up tonight.
