3 indoor waterpark (Niagara)
which one is most appropriate for a 3 year old? i know they can't do the slides...

Great Wolf lodge has 4 slides for younger kids / a younger kids area, and there is the wave pool and regular pools. Never been to the others so I can't tell you about them.

Definitely great wolf lodge. My son went on several of the slides when he was 2, so your 3 year old can definitely go on some slides. Plus there's a lot more to great wolf lodge than just the waterpark. It's basically a resort

Great Wolf Lodge Niagara IS A RESORT
So I think up until recently the only way to enjoy it was to stay there
(Somewhat pricey)
But I read online recently that some Great Wolf Lodges were adding on limited availability Day Passes for visitors (at least for Summer)
Not sure if Niagara Falls location is one of them
But you could call & ask
