[Costco] 360 Kirkland Signature Organic Fair Trade K-Cup Pods ($89.97 - Free Shipping)

No $3.00 Costco Grocery Surcharge for orders over $75.

Free shipping.

Each 120 box is $39.99, but you can get $30 off by ordering 3 or more boxes:
Buy 2, Save $18; Buy 3+, Save $30

Light, Medium, and Dark Roasts available:

https://www.costco.ca/.product.100794422.html
https://www.costco.ca/.product.100794139.html
https://www.costco.ca/.product.100794400.html

Back in November the instore price was $37.99 and there was an $8 off discount to bring it down to $29.99. Unless I'm mistaken, I don't think it has gone on sale for that cheap since then.

With inflation, I am not sure how often we will see 120 Kirkland pods go on sale for $29.99 when only buying 1 box at a time. I have not checked instore to see if they are on sale there as well, but I do know that this $30 off promo is for online orders online.

anyone who's had this: how's the actual coffee in comparison with other popular K-Cup brands (Keurig, Van Houtte, Mcd's etc)?

This is a great deal. Just stumbled upon on costco website and came here to post it.
29.99 for 120 pods (it used to be 110 pods) is an awesome deal.

Any idea about what the shelf life looks like?
360 pods will last like at least a year for me maybe even longer, and seems like coffee generally has a 10 month or one year shelf life only

I did some Googling because I was interested in this too and it appears that because kcups are sealed they don’t ever necessarily expire, but they do begin to lose their “freshness” which impacts the taste starting at the 8month - 1year point.

I have never purchased these though so if someone has and can give a better answer then I’ll be happy to listen.

I prefer them (Pacific Bold) to many brand-name pods, however, as we know coffee is highly subjective. You can’t beat the value. I bought two boxes back during the sale which is about 25¢ per pod.

is there a lot of coffee grinds in these? A lot of the dark roasts end up not being too bold/dark in a big cup. I 'm a fan of Barista Prima but they just took it off the site.

I ordered 2 of the breakfast blends and added a few things to get over the surcharge. Would have went 3 for the $30 off, but worried about expiry - our household can get through 240 by the end of year, but 360 is a risk if they have a best before date sometime in 2022.

I've bought some "best before" k-cups for dirt cheap (usually the 12 pack/24 packs) at grocery stores. No real impact if it's close to the BB date. Haven't gone over by a month though.

Surprised it took this long for the first coffee snoot to sound off.

Next we'll hear about how easy it is to grow, roast (in small batches, of course), grind, and use a press to make quality "java" (which is what coffee becomes once thusly elevated).

Can't wait!

Yes, I believe I'm entitled to an opinion.

Not at all, I simply find the Kirkland brand coffee pretty awful.

Quick, silence all dissenting opinions!!!!

It used to have Pacific Bold and it was great dark roast. These days I just use reusable filters and grind my own coffee.

Most of the Kcups are rated for 6oz of coffee. If you are drinking more than 6oz , it’s a watered down version .
