360 Robot Vacuum RMA experience ...

Purchase the flagship 360 s9 Vacuum from the manufacturer (on Amazon) earlier in the year.

After a month, both wheels on the s9 vacuum broke and it could no longer go over even the lowest of bumps.

Contacted the manufacturer and they suggested I buy the s8 vacuum from them and they'll refund item cost (shipping and tax not refunded).

The s9 costed 469.99 when I purchased it. The s8 costs 329.99.

That's a 160$ loss without including shipping, but I don't need to return the broken s9.

Company refuses to refund the original purchase price or the difference in msrp.

They said they'd give me a s9 if they had stock but only 3rd parties stock the s9 atm.
Been waiting for months for it to come back, and at this point I'm thinking of just caving before they screw me by saying rma period is ending or something...

Plus the wheels on the s4 look identical to the s9, so maybe I can just swap the wheels assuming it's not a main board issue.

ok i would try doing a live chat and just explain to amazon support u talk to the seller and they are having trouble getting stock to do a warranty replacement and just ask them if they can help u out and make an exception to do a return. u may need to ask to be bumped to a manger but they should help u out.

if they don't help u out try jeff@amazon.com 9 times out of 10 they will just issue a return even if its well past if u complain hard enough.
