Yes they are.. and more will be, taken right out of the page you linked:

This isn't really a "deal" in any regard. But it does make for good value for the game.
The free DLC in MH is just gradually released content. at no point does it cost money to get.

I know that's insane from Capcom, but it's true.

MH4U for $39.99 (or less, depends if you can find a deal) it came with a season pass that last... oh right, until god knows when! These DLCs are not just crappy skins either, great mission, funny story line and awesome monsters to battle with. This game has probably the best AI in any games i have ever seen, you think you might know how a Pink Rathian behave but if you are not careful, you will have a bad time. Out of all the monster hunter series, i would say 4u is probably the most user friendly for beginners. So what are you waitin' for? Let's go hunting.
