Never heard of this brand before, just bought one for my dashcam. Kingston 16 GB for $4 on sale at Visions electronics is a better deal imo.

Wouldn’t mind this for backup footage in the Wyze cam

Found at Staples:

SDHC: Kingston 32 GB MicroSD Card UHS-I / U1 / Class 10 -- $6.99

SDXC: Lexar 32GB 633X CL10 Micro SDXC -- $7.99

These cost more than the one linked by OP but $/GB is close and they are made by known manufacturers.

I wouldn't put a cheap card into a device that is recording security footage or dashcam footage. You never know when these cards may fail or you might not realize they have failed until you try to view the footage.

I'd use a cheap card for anything that is not important.

Agree, I definitely would not put this in dashcam or security cam. Also 16GB is not enough for those cameras anyway, you rather have a larger capacity card so you can reduce the amt of r/w cycle to make the card last longer.

Can't that argument be made for any size card?

Definitely want a high endurance in your dash cam and not a regular card, let alone a cheap one like this! I tried a normal card in my very first dash cam years ago, and I didn't even realize until I took it out one day that the card had long since toasted itself and the camera was only recording corrupt files. Camera was cheap enough that it didn't seem to detect or alert me to the dead card - who knows how long I'd not been recording footage for. At least my new cam will beep when it can't write, so at least I know immediately that footage has been lost and not after something happens where I could critically need that footage. Dash cams are a good extra layer of insurance, so don't cheap on cards for them. High endurance is only marginally more than a quality regular card anyway.
