I got an email from the 407. Attached the image for reference. Basically unlimited travel from 4-6pm on weekdays from September 1st to Oct31st for $34.99 a month. Need the sign up by August 29th so check your emails.

Need to enter the highway between the time frame, not exit. So good for those who travel far on it

I didn’t get any emails about this. Rarely use the 407 once a month tho. Maybe that could be why.

i currently have the 59.99 deal where it's both 7 - 9 AM ...AND 4-6 PM.

That ends on Sept 30th though

No you don't. The fee is strictly what you pay if you follow the rules.
Rules are very strict though, if your window is 5pm-6pm for example, getting on at 4:59pm will cost you the regular fees
