Who can offer better deals, loyalty or retentions? I'm thinking of adding Fibe TV to get the $10 unlimited but will try and get a better deal.
It really depends on whom you speak with. If a Loyalty or Retentions rep can't even meet your request half way, just call back the next day. It's really pot luck.

I got a call today from Bell too, rep said he could offer me home phone and fibe 25/10 (he was so scarce on the details) for $53? Or something.

I already nego'd my home phone for 13.95 a month, and cancelled bell a week ago.

I probably would have been bought back but the guy was such a crappy ***** loyalty rep I just told him I am headed to Rogers. I mean, the price sounds good, but if you aren't going to tell me what you're giving me, you're wasting my time. Come to think of it, if he is just offering my package (125GB 25/10) for a lower price, I wouldn't budge anyway. I need more than 125GB, 200GB from Rogers hits the spot.

The only thing that I hope won't happen is the crappy YouTube loading times in the past, and throttling. Haven';t been on cable for so long

Except for Tommy74's Deal . . .
It seems it's the Only Deal Out there

I've been a loyal customer since nearly 20 years
I call to Cancel and the chap gave me a ridicules deal
I told him I was to look elsewhere . . . (he) said Okay ! ! !

I submitted for a callback for today (submitted on Saturday). I got a call today from an auto-messenger. I picked up on the 2nd ring. There was 5 seconds of silence, then an auto-message that said, unfortunately "We were unable to contact you" ????. What a stupid service, you get a dialer call with no-one available...

FYI

So got off the phone over my nightmare Feb. Bill from BHs "Additional GB $5.00". That additional GB is part of the Security Advance Service which is not free. If you were sent a email to download the app/file of Security Advance Service, you will be charged the Hidden Fee called "Additional GB $5.00" every month. It is a "storage vault" fee for the S.A.S. Even if you don't download and install it you will be charged, it is in all the Fibe Internet Plans, since Jan. 2013. I complained about the hidden charges and ask it to be removed, (seventh person i talked to).I was upset it was not properly explained in my bill.It is under the fine print when you download the app. It was an internet supervisor I spoke to and he couldn't or wouldn't email the link with the hidden charge. BEWARE of anything that is FREE. Hope this helps with all your BHell Billing problems.

I had a friend paying 9.95 a month for 12 years for some 'security' feature Bell said they had. They could not tell us what it did, it was from modem dial up days, and was likley some anti virus software sold on a scare tactic. No credit either. Bastards.

This is the current deal I've been offered from a Bell rep

Tv fibe
Basic 9.95 (1st 6 month), 24,10$ after
A la carte 15: 18,18$

Internet:
50/50 49,95 (forever price)
5/1 29,95 (1st 6 months), 34,95 after

Phone:
27,95 basic + 1 service: 27,95$ (1st 6 months), 35,45$ after

Those price include the 4$-4$-9$ bundle price.

If the 1st 6 months promo price could be "forever" that would be a very nice deal. But you have to call every 6 month to get them...

I called Bell yesterday asking them to match the current Rogers promo of $35/month for 80gig @25mb/s but the best retentions could offer was 100gig @ 25mb/s for $43/month.

I am confused, so someone is selling bell packages on kijiji?!?! Am I the only one that is confused by this?

I don't mean to bring it up again, but now that the 50% offer is gone is this a good deal from what Bell is offering me as 'the best'

25 gb + (20 gb free (worth $5) for $40 including the $4 bell bundle.

Wasn't the bell bundle $5 before?!

I feel I'm getting ripped. I just came off the 50% off deal and was getting 25 for like $32 a month in a bundle. Now the best I can get is $44 or $45 for the fibe15 in a bundle. They insist I can't do better then this. The most they say they can do is $5 off internet plus the bundle discount.

Anyone in Ontario coming off the 50% off getting a better deal?

I got the $18 off phone and the $10 off TV (even though I was on contract). Its just I feel like I'm getting ripped with the internet.
