How did your bill get that high? I was only getting $14 credit per month. Without the credit, my bill would have been $66.95 before taxes. I forgot to request for cancellation sooner so I will have my final bill prorated about 1/3 of the monthly fee.

I'm moving over to Electronic Box since new student plan discounts don't come out until August and knowing Bell, may exclude currently customers.

EDIT:

Yes, $77, is probably what I would be paying each month after tax.

That email is just to inform you that if you stay with Bell, you get 390 GB of bandwidth each month. It doesn't say you will get the recurring $14 beyond your 8-month period.
I think it's 65or 69+tax. for that 390GB

However the email said" Enjoy 250GB on us" and it's a student plan so they had no right to charge extra no bring the price up without letting know in advance. That's false advertising.

It was known that I will be getting $14 credit for the first 8 months though. I am switching to Electronic Box but the installers have not shown up yet.

Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of that. I was given the fee over the phone and there's no mention of any credit on the bills. They told me they'd call me at the end of 8 month to transfer me to a new plan or see if I want to continue without the extra 250GB.
I had no idea the plan cost $69 for 100GB(that's INSANE!!)

I'll look into Electronic Box. Prices seem really good. I suppose they are Bell resellers. 250GB between 2pm and 2am and unlimited between 2am and 2pm is pretty cool.

So I am sitting right now with a friend who also had the same 25/10 Student plan and was charged full price despite the email. He received a call from Bell(after he complained) and they told him the mistake is on their part and they are aware of the issue where some people were dropped from that plan and that the student plan with the extra GB is his to keep AND it's $8 cheaper ,but with the new plan he gets 350GB instead of 390GB.

I am leaving Canada, but I'll be calling in too once I am back. That's a great news if it's all true and pans out. $52 with taxes(that's about 45+tax) for 350GB 25/10 is a very competitive plan.

Are these bundle prices, or can they be had individually?

Postal code sent by PM.

Does anyone know if they give discount prices for the wireless receivers for FibeTV in that bundle? We have 4 TVs around the house.

So my current 3MB/s 245 GB plan with Bell is about to expire so I was looking for the cheapest plan. My landline is also with them if that could be of any help.

Looking for a new internet provider. Looking at cable only, no DSL (does Bell do cable?). If yes, I'd like to know what type of deals I can get if I bundle my home phone with Bell (currently with Bell home phone). Looking at speeds anywhere from 6mpbs - 25 mbps down, don't care about upload, and a cap of ~200gb - unlimited per month. Can anyone tell me how much I would be looking at per month depending on the speeds/cap?
