Maybe the marketing people can learn from this, drop price to get business and use volume for revenue LOL. The server was not designed for so many diehard kfc'er, no chicken for dinner for me ... sux

I called my nearest location. They said if I tell them my order on the phone and come within TEN minutes, they will honor it.
Best thing is that it was even cheaper in store, minus 50%. But they weren't kidding with the 10 minutes. They have this timer where they can only honor it in a certain time frame.

I ordered at 2:30pm for a 5pm pickup. Got the email confirmation. Get to the store at 5:15pm and it’s closed. Are you kidding me? Called in and got transferred to a manager, she didn’t speak English. Had to call back and spoke to someone who cancelled the order. In total, 30min wasted on the phone. KFC? Never again...

my local store wouldn't accept the promo code because i didn't have a "coupon". Explained it was a promo posted on facebook, and gave them a code... said it wasn't a valid coupon...

Why don't you guys just walk into a store with a picture of the coupon. Show them and they'll likely honor it. The coupon itself doesn't reference delivery or online order. I went in and had my chicken in like 10 minutes. Was almost no one in the store. The staff just honored it with no issues whatsoever. Don't overcomplicate it.
